Night & day difference in mist production and overall efficacy versus Pari Vios LC Plus model. My wife resisted her nebulizer treatments with the Pari Vios LC Plus, because they weren't helping. With the ProNeb Max LC Plus, she willingly does 1-2 more treatments per day with a commensurate improvement in her breathing. The Pari Trek S nebulizer made it possible to get through the day. Now I can nebulize at work or when I’m on the go, and don’t have to wait until I’m home or bring my bulky and louder nebulizer from home with me. It’s quiet, and has a battery that lasts about 40 minutes. Also has the AC adapter if you’re close to a wall outlet. I use it at work, while doing my work without causing much of a disturbance. I can highly recommend it.
