One of the most important steps in using a vacuum erection device is proper fitting of the support penile ring. The penile ring must fit comfortably tight, but should be no tighter then necessary.
Do not wear a support ring more then 30 minutes
These rings can be used with other brands of penis pumps. Just make sure that you are purchasing the correct ring, as they are not returnable after purchase. Some penis pumps use a standard ring like the ones you see on this page. Others use specially designed rings that are specific to their brand of pumps, such as the Vacurect Ring

Never use an oil base lubricant on your ring, as this will reduce its useful life.
Only use good quality lubricants such as Slippery Stuff for your ring. Not only will it help your ring last longer, you will also find that it is a wonderful gel for both you and your partner.
