    The rollator has
    good brakes. Easy to maneuver.

    Drive Walker

    I have owned a few Drive walkers. I am about to order another one. I have the 13 pound model. My problem is we have found no way to tighten the brakes. If I push hard on the brake handles I can get it to stop.
    This is insecure. I have neuropathy in both feet and I depend on the brakes when there is an incline or when I stop to cross the street. I donate the ones I have stopped using. I do wish there was a way to tighten the brakes on the one I am now using.
    I bought a larger on but it is too heavy for me to take up and down steps.

    Such a remarkable difference!

    I have had a red DRIVE walker for several years and used it only when needed to walk long distance. My situation has gotten more severe and I have to use the walker whenever I am out. The concern (and this was a big concern) was lifting it in and out of the car——-it was so heavy! I went to the DRIVE site on line and found a lighter Rollator. I decided to get blue this time. It arrived quicker than expected, minimal putting together, and remarkably lighter! My original DRIVE walker was 23lbs and this one is 13lbs. It truly was like I died and gone to heaven! So much easier to maneuver into and out of the car. When you have several errands to run, this Rollator makes the task so much easier. It has a great seat, good storage under the seat and moves so easily, just like my heavier Rollator. I highly recommend this item to anyone who, unfortunately, is like me and needs a walker all of the time.
